WHY AM I RIDING IN THE 2009 RFSK -
My wife and I signed up as volunteers at our Newcastle House when it opened back in 1991. We have seen a lot of physical changes to our House during that time but the heart is still the same. Families and kids need to be kept together during stressful times of serious illness or injury and Ronald McDonald House makes this possible.
I know that every km that I peddle is raising much needed funds for our 2 Houses to give kids a future. With every km we peddle we say “We are doing it for the kids” and that sums it up for me.
