WHY AM I RIDING IN THE 2009 RFSK -
I am riding in the 2009 RFSK because I know how important Ronald McDonald House is to families with children in hospital and I want to do anything I can to raise money and awareness. Cycling is my passion and I have been racing bikes for 44 years.
I have had family stay at the House when my nephew Damon was being treated for Leukaemia. Damon’s parents lived in Tamworth and he was undergoing treatment for 18 months. I have also taught kids whose families have spent time at Ronald McDonald House.
I have been a part of every RFSK and am 1 of 3 riders that have ridden every kilometre of each ride.
